The effect of the Travertine plate is nice but the actual workmanship is a bit below par.The plate isn't a proper circle with flat spots and the nice detail of the perimeter edge / lip waivers in and out. Probably indicates it was done by hand but not in a good way. Having said all that its very inexpensive so I guess you have to accept that the quality is commensurate with price.
The product was good quality. I would have loved the delivery to be a bit more prompt. I can appreciate that reliable couriers are hard to find and that service delivery may vary, that said in comparison with your competitors you are not keeping up and the overall shopping experience was a letdown.
